Security Deposit
- Paid at pickup — typically $5,000–$10,000 for economy cars, higher for luxury/sports models
- Double deposit required if under 25, holding a licence for less than 3 years, or without a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
- Optional: deposit can be held via credit card pre-authorisation
Refunded after return once the vehicle condition is confirmed, minus any charges. The online payment is the rental fee — the security deposit is paid at pickup only.

Traffic Violation Hold
- $3,000 is held after return as a traffic violation deposit
- Fully refunded if no notices are received within 30 days
- Any fines are deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned

Vehicle Handover
- Sign two copies of the rental agreement
- Staff and customer inspect the vehicle together; photos and videos are provided to the customer
- Drive away once confirmed; return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel
Daily mileage limit is 200 km; additional km charged at $5/km (see full rental terms).
