Pick Up
When picking up the car, sign two copies of the rental contract, record the car's condition with the customer, and take photos/videos to ensure everything is in order before driving away.
Return
All rental vehicles are filled with gasoline. The renter must fill the tank when returning the vehicle. A $3000 deposit will be held for traffic violation fines, which will be refunded after 30 days if no traffic violation notices are received.

Convenient Kowloon City Location
Our rental office is located at G/F, 61-63 Lion Rock Road, Kowloon City, conveniently accessible from Kowloon City, Kowloon Tong, and To Kwa Wan areas. We're open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM (Closed on Sunday). Pick-up times available at 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM, or 7 PM. Besides self-collection from our shop, we also offer delivery services to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and the Airport.

What documents are required to rent a car in Hong Kong?
You'll need a valid Hong Kong driving license (full license), Hong Kong ID card or passport, and proof of address. We also have rental options for tourists with international driving permits and P-plate holders - please inquire for details.
What's included in the rental price?
Goodway Pass rental fees include third-party insurance, vehicle licensing fees, regular maintenance, and natural wear repairs. You only need to pay for fuel - please return the vehicle with a full tank. Any traffic violation fines during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
How much deposit is required?
Deposit amounts vary by vehicle type, typically $5,000-$10,000 for economy cars, with higher deposits for luxury cars and sports cars. After return, $3,000 is held as a traffic violation deposit, fully refundable after 30 days if no violations are received. We accept cash, credit cards, FPS, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
Do you offer delivery service?
Yes! We offer delivery services throughout Hong Kong: Kowloon $300, Hong Kong Island $500, New Territories $500, Hong Kong International Airport $700. You can also pick up for free at our Lion Rock Road location.
What's the difference between short-term and long-term rental?
Daily rental suits short-term needs, starting from $600/day. Monthly rental offers better value, starting from just $3,960/month - the longer the rental period, the better the rate. If you frequently need a car but don't want the costs of ownership, monthly rental is the most economical choice. We also offer 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans - please inquire.
