Car Rental Terms

1. Insurance

All rental vehicles have purchased legal car rental 《third-party》 insurance, and the legal liability for bodily injury or death of a third party is HK100 million. In the event of an accident or any damage or theft of the rental vehicle, the renter shall be responsible for the excess of the third-party auto insurance and the maintenance and total loss compensation of the vehicle.
The basic cost of the third party insurance deductible is HK$35,000, and the renter is under the age of 25 or over 65. The additional deductible is $35,000,Hold a valid Hong Kong driving license for not more than three years (excluding a probationary driving license) with an additional deductible of $35,000.

2. Gasoline

Gasoline is not included in the price list. The rental vehicles are fully filled with gasoline, and the lessee must fill up with gasoline when returning the car. If the company refills gasoline on an OEM basis, a service fee of HK$200 will be added.

3. Renewal of car rental

Without the consent of the company, the lease cannot be renewed. After the renewal is approved by the company, the money will be transferred to the account of the company within 24 hours. The overdue rent will be calculated as a single day's rent.

4. Booking fee and deposit

All booking fees are non-refundable; if you are under 25 years old or having a driver's license for less than 3 years (excluding a probationary driving license) or do not have a Hong Kong permanent identity card, you need to pay a double deposit.

5. Statement

No dangerous driving record in the past 5 years.

6. Foreigners

Must hold a valid passport/ pass and be over 25 years old. The passport/ pass must clearly indicate the date of entry into Hong Kong and be issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department [Visitor Label] Hold an overseas driver's license for at least two years (if the overseas driver's license cannot be displayed in English, an international driver's license is required).

7. Delivery and collection fee (per trip):

Delivery and collection fee (per trip): $300 for Kowloon District, $500 for Hong Kong Island and NT District, $700 for outlying islands and the airport. Double charges are required on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and non-office hours.

8. Mileage limit

The mileage is limited to 200 kilometers per day, and the company will charge HK$5 per kilometer for additional kilometers
